1. Services

PERDEV provides Chrome extension products, account access, subscription management, support, and related website pages.

2. Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Access may be limited, suspended, or removed if an account is misused, shared beyond permitted limits, or used to abuse third-party services.

3. Subscriptions

Paid access is subscription-based. Pricing is shown on the pricing page and may change for future billing periods. Active access depends on successful payment and backend subscription status.

4. Acceptable use

You must use the extensions lawfully and responsibly. You may not use the products for spam, abusive automation, unauthorized access, fraud, or activity that violates third-party platform rules.

5. Availability

PERDEV works to keep the services available, but browser changes, third-party sites, network conditions, and platform restrictions may affect operation.

6. Limitation of liability

The services are provided as operational tools. PERDEV is not responsible for lost revenue, lost data, third-party account restrictions, or indirect damages caused by use or inability to use the services.

Custom development services

Agency services are scoped separately from extension subscriptions. Deliverables, fees, milestones, acceptance criteria, intellectual property, third-party costs and support responsibilities must be set out in a written project agreement. An enquiry or estimate request does not create a delivery commitment. Changes to an agreed scope require agreement on their effect on cost and timing.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. A signed project agreement governs project-specific arrangements.
